A lot of what I teach men when it comes to dating, and also maintaining healthy relationships in the long term, comes down to understanding natural attraction. In Red Pill, we often tell men to be attractive and less unattractive. There is a reason for this. Largely, we are talking about using a woman's hypergamous nature to our advantage. The thing is, what most men are doing when initially trying to attract women is they are approaching women, and trying to qualify themselves to women. This puts women in a higher position to them, and is really ineffective. Instead, it's better and a heck of a lot easier to learn how to attract women naturally. Not only that, but learn how to get women to come to you and qualify themselves to you.
