Pressure is building for the Dolphins, and general manager Chris Grier did little to suggest the team is on the right track during last week's press conference. From calling Tyreek Hill a captain to his broader outlook on the roster, Grier didn’t offer much confidence to fans—especially for someone who’s been in the front office for nearly a decade.
