In Episode 9 of Season 2 of Change It, I speak to renowned Daryl Conner

Daryl is the Founder and Chairman of Conner Partners and behind much of the change methodology and tools we use today. Author of Managing at the Speed of Change (1993) and Leading at the Edge of Chaos (1998) He's also the author of much famously coined terms of phrase such as 'the burning platform' and the 'Change Commitment Curve'. In many ways he is known as the grandfather of the Change profession. Darly now runs the Advanced Trusted Advisor Program (ATA) for experienced practitioners who are looking to change the game and take their expertise to the next level. Links in the show notes.
