A 10 goal performance vs the San Jose Sharks went a long way in propping up their goal differential. Only 5 players didn't register a point in that contest. Jeff Carter was made a healthy scratch for the first time in his career, as Vinny Hinostraza made his way into the lineup and even netted a goal. That one change seemed to provide a boost for both Noel Accari and Matt Nieto as well. Will this continue? Only time will tell.
