  • Jerome Goodwin III From NBC's The Voice
Growing up in Canton, Mich., Grace would walk up and down the aisles at Toys "R" Us with a toy guitar, sing at church and every family holiday, and listen to Johnny Cash on fishing trips with her dad. Her performances caught the attention of Mucho Love publishing company in Nashville and signed Grace as a songwriter at 16 years old. • Ryley Tate Wilson From NBC's The Voice
Hometown & resident of Montgomery, AL From an early age, Ryley Tate turned anything and everything into a drum set, and, by age 4, he graduated to a real drum set. From there, he moved on to keyboard and guitar. He never wanted to be away from his music, so his mom drew him a keyboard on cardboard, so he could practice on the go: at church, in the car, and at restaurants. When Ryley Tate decided he wanted to make his own music, he saved up his money for recording software and learned the production side of things. His plan is to start gigging around town when he gets his driver's license. Ryley Tate spends most of his time being heavily involved in local theater, always participating in musicals or singing for his church youth group.

  • Dwier Brown The Baseball Hall Of Dreams
In one of the most iconic scenes in movie history, Kevin Costner, playing Ray Kinsella, is in a Dyersville, Iowa cornfield and as the credits roll he is finally, finally having that long-delayed soul-satisfying catch with his dad as "Field of Dreams" concludes. And now, exactly 35 years after filming started on this beloved classic, as a thank you to the townspeople of Dyersville, Iowa who continue to mean so much to him-- actor Dwier Brown--who played Kevin Costner's dad--John Kinsella--is welcoming one and all to his Baseball Hall of Dreams and The Baseball Building--which Dwier has created in Dyersville. This small town in Iowa meant so much to a young actor that Dwier never forgot their kindness. Dwier's affection is fueled in part by the fact that just before he arrived in town to shoot the film he had unexpectedly lost his own dad. Not only has he returned to the town many times over the years, but he is now offering his own unique thank you to the people of Dyersville--and the many visitors who, because Dwier built it, they will now come.

  • Allen Hughes And Jamal Joseph From Dear Mama On FX
Afeni Shakur was a revolutionary, an intellect and a voice for the people. She became a feminist darling of the '70s, a female leader in the movement amidst the macho milieu of the Black Panther Party. Tupac was a rapper and poet, a political visionary and philosopher who became known as one of the greatest rap artists of all time. In addition to becoming a global sex symbol and media favorite for his outspoken and sometimes outrageous antics, he would eventually become the poster child for modern Black activism. Their story chronicles the possibilities and contradictions of the United States from a time of revolutionary fervor to Hip Hop culture’s most ostentatious decade.

FX’s Dear Mama is both an audio and visual experience. Tupac's timeless message is undeniable as beats evaporate into soundscapes and his lyrics revealed to be mantras of passion and politics. It eschews strict chronology for a style that slides back and forth in time, finding linkages between mother and son, 1970s and 1990s, black activism and hip hop, that highlight how much has and has not changed in the struggle for human rights. Through this technique, the eras speak to each other and melt time away, shifting the dual narratives into one definitive portrait of a global superstar and the woman who shaped him, forever linked by love and fate.

  • Tina Goss From NBC's The Voice
Hometown & Resident of Los Angeles, CA Tiana auditioned for Season 22 but didn't turn any chairs. All the coaches gave her tips on how to work on her craft and come back. She is still teaching 3- and 4-year-olds and wants to set a good example for them to work hard towards their goals. Although she loves her job, she is more than okay setting it aside to hopefully make music her full-time career. Tiana is no stranger to overcoming obstacles and has battled with epilepsy. For her, it's brought on by stress and lack of sleep, which is all too common when being an entertainer. It affects her memory and speech, two crucial elements of singing. Luckily, it is under control with medication. Tiana constantly reminds herself that neither epilepsy nor anything else will stand in the way of her dreams.

  • Ali From NBC's The Voice
ALI was born completely deaf and her doctors said that she likely wouldn't be able to talk, much less sing. ALI always loved a challenge, and she was not going to let her disability get in the way of her love for music. Rather than rely on hearing to sing, she would feel the way the notes felt, replicating it physically. With that technique, along with the help of many operations, and good hearing aids, she was able to get to a level where she was comfortable performing. Once she started performing for crowds, she loved the feeling it gave her, especially inspiring others. Recently, her friend encouraged her to start gigging again, which has given her the confidence to audition for The Voice.
