• Are we required to do penance after we confess? I ask because I went to confession and the priest had a strong accent that made it hard to understand. I then told her no, because God has already forgiven my sins so there was no reason to do that. Who is in the right?

• I’m trying to get baptized as a teenager. Is it possible to do it at home?
• I recently bought a Christian standard Bible-Holman edition not realizing it was not a Catholic Bible. I am a practicing Catholic and I would like to start reading the Bible more. This Bible is easy to read and I don’t notice any differences in the words when I compare it to the Catholic Bible that I have. Is it wrong for me to read this Bible?
