Inflammation Hit List: Sugary drinks (pops, juices, artificial flavored water, flavored coffee, drinks).
Anything made with white flour - bagels, white bread, white flour, bagels, goldfish, cereals, pancakes, etc.
Alcohol - sales gone up
Smoking / vaping
Caffeine shots
Red meats (steaks, burgers, lunch meats, fried chicken)
Diary (yogurt, ice cream, milk)
Frozen entrees (shelf stable food) ration this / combine with fresh fruits and veggies
Canned fruits
Vegetable soups
Cookies, cakes, candies (baking has exploded!) cut it down
Fast food / fried foods (pizza, take-outs, delivered etc.)
Artificial colors and flavors
Sweeteners (can contribute to your arthritis for example)
