After a few heavy and serious topics, we thought why not change up the tempo and do a fun relationship quiz? We will be letting the quiz dictate what type of relationships we should be in and the result didn’t surprise us.
This brings back Dolly magazine vibes (for those who grew up in Australia back in the 90s-00s will know what we’re talking about).
If you’re in for a bit of fun as well, try out the same quiz we did below and let us know what you got and if you expected that result?!

Calling for a friend here, has anyone ever had dreams where you’re talking to the real person you physically know in real life, but subconsciously. In your dream you know you’re talking to someone else? Please say you do, because Amelia doesn’t want to be the only weird one here.
If you haven’t gathered already, this episode is discussing all the weird dreams we’ve had or memories of dreams that definitely made its impact. From skeleton chasing dreams, zombie apocalypse, cheating and just ones that make no sense at all.
Join us today as we chat through what we think our dreams mean.

We believe that building confidence is a skill you can learn as we grow and experience things in life. Today we have our friend Peter Lin, who is the buyer and seller specialist at BMW with a tremendous amount of experience in sales and retail. Since we’ve known him, we know that he is a man who has great self confidence and can easily start a conversation with anyone.
But he wasn’t always the confident person we see him as today. So we’ve got him back on the pods to share his experience and talk us through the jobs and steps he took to help him grow his confidence.
At the end of the day, we all just have to remember that 99% of the things we think will go wrong is all in our heads and 1% of it is the reality. Think about all the things that will go right as opposed to all the things that can go wrong.

We all know have goals and achievements we want to reach in life, but sometimes we get so caught up with the end goal that you tend to start questioning yourself. Things like “am I heading in the right direction, did I make the right choice, am I making any progress”. But sometimes you just have to trust the process and let the universe takes its course.
Don’t always look for the instant gratification because the faster you grow the faster you may fall. So this is our little reminder to appreciate and be grateful for all the small things. Celebrate the small wins, and one day you’ll look back and you will see how far you have come!
A few points we wanted to mention to help you trust the process is:
Which one of these do you agree with and what other tips do you have for us in trusting the process more?

We hear a lot of tips and talks around building better relationships but what about friendships? Friendships are just as important as your romantic relationships and we feel there needs to be more light on this topic.
Just like every other relationship, friendships also have their ups and downs, people fall in and out of seasons with friends and some may not even survive through the whole season. So how do we work around these?
Do we see friendships the same way we did back when we were younger? Are there right ways to confront a friend if you feel like you guys are drifting apart or a challenge has arised in the friendship?
These are some of the questions that we go through in this conversation today with our friend Peter Lin to give his 2 cents with his experiences too!

Happy anniversary to us! It’s official that we’ve reached double digits dating each other. With that said, we wanted to share our journey together as a couple and some of our biggest takeaways as we’ve grown together over the years.
Not tooting our own horns or anything and we understand that every relationship is different in how you figure what works for each couple. However, if any of these tips can help someone out there who are either experience similar situations or just looking to strengthen their relationship, we’re all here to help! Here are some of the top 10 tips from us in a nutshell below:

In order to be fully present for others and yourself, setting some boundaries and routines to keep yourself happy and maintaining good mental health is really important. These are called non-negotiables, a dedicated routine set of tasks that you simply will not compromise on and these routines are generally aligned with your values and principles.
Which is why we wanted to bring in Peter Lin, our good friend to discuss his top 3 non negotiables. As a man who has many hobbies and loves a good social gathering, we wanted to see what he values and what he is not willing to compromise.

Right after discussion about our attachment styles, it sparked a conversation which led us to think about being in different life stages and how that may affect your relationship. The conversation is mostly around romantic relationships as we wanted to keep it short and sweet but some of these things we talk about can also be the same in friendships too.
Have you had a friendship or a relationship where you felt you were in too different of a life stage to others you knew?

Growing a bond and getting close to someone requires trust in each other. Today we'll use the attachment style theory (suggested by a listener) to discuss how we develop our relationships with people around us and each other.
The attachment style was a theory developed by psychoanalyst John Bowlby and psychologist Mary Ainsworth. This study initially done to explore the bonds that infants form with their caregivers which now is also analysed through other types of bonds with other relationships.
Not going to lie, this quiz was a bit more challenging to answer than other quizzes we’ve done. It hit many feels and took us back down our childhood memory lane which uncovered a lot of feelings we haven’t felt in a long time. Listen in to find or more about how we found the quiz and the results.
We did our quiz on the attachment project site which is linked here. Give it a go and let us know what you got.
