A conversation which was intended to discuss if we thought a certain gender was more emotionally expressive but it turned into a deep, raw conversation about each other’s journey on expressing ourselves.
There’s been such a big stereotype for the longest time on how men need to be strong and composed at all times and the females aren’t usually the ones to share their opinion. We wanted to see if this has influenced the ways we see the people around us express themselves.
We also found a great study where it talks explicitly about the chinese culture and how it affected males vs females in terms of emotional expression, which was the perfect fit for this conversation.
Join us today and let us know if you feel gender plays a bit part in how you should express yourself or if it’s something that’s very depend on the person and their character.
