Dr. Richard-Davis is the executive director of the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and a professor of reproductive endocrinology and infertility in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. We discuss how Dr. Richard-Davis was drawn to reproductive medicine, the major changes she has seen in the field during her 25 years of experience, and how empathy has been a throughline in her work.
