In this episode, we speak with Dr. Karl Hansen, Professor and Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, about evidence-based treatments for couples with unexplained infertility. We discuss the challenges of determining optimal treatments, how the practice committee decides on treatments and studies to include in a guideline, and the effectiveness of natural cycle IUI and oral medications such as clomid or letrozole.
