crucial to assess an athlete's training intensity and form, and how we do it at
Team Atlas. We also explore the distinctions between bikini and wellness
coaching, coaching both men and women, and the characteristics of our easiest
and most challenging clients. Additionally, we discuss the topic of breast
implants and competing in the bikini category. The topic of discussing breast
implants and competition can be somewhat taboo, but let's look into the
statistics in case there are any disputes surrounding this subject.

Top 10 Olympia Bikini Athletes with Breast Augmentation by
Year:

Since the category’s inception, there have been a total of
120 top 10 bikini Olympians, with 110 of them having breast augmentation. This
represents 91.6% of all top 10 Bikini Olympians.

Absolutely not. Are they mentioned specifically in the bikini criteria? No. Do
