As the curtain falls on an amazing decade of Welsh rugby, the boys look back by selecting their Team of the Decade. A decade that contained two Grand Slam wins, a further Six Nations title for Wales and no less than two Rugby World Cup semi finals. Who will make the cut? Who plays 10? Who will feature in the back row? And will Ged pick Matthew Morgan just because he can?

Ged's in fine mood as Dragons edged out Scarlets in a rainy night in Newport. Elsewhere we examine if Ross Moriarty would be a good signing for Ospreys or should they be concentrating on getting a new coach! How could would Cardiff Blues be with a bruising second row. Elsewhere, Liam Williams is coming back to Wales and joining up with Scarlets in Llanelli.

A welcome return to the show for Elliot Dee who talks to us about playing for Wales, Rugby World Cup and his favourite Christmas song. Elsewhere, Ged is joined by good rugby pal The Mighty Murph to look at the regions chances in Europe, the Christmas Derbies and some of Wales' young talent.

A mixed bag but eventful weekend for the regions. Ospreys lost Dan Evans to a controversial red card in the first minute and went on to suffer a heavy defeat in Swansea. Meanwhile Cardiff Blues and Scarlets keep their European hopes alive with wins over French opposition. Dragons also had a man sent off but picked up a losing BP. Ged and Dan get stuck into all the Welsh rugby action and answer your questions.

It was a mixed bag for the regions. But the bad was really bad. Ged and Dan once again hand the show over the listeners to debate the future of Welsh club rugby. Can the regions survive? How should the money from CVC be invested?

Due to an injury crisis, Ged presents this show on his own. Luckily there's loads of questions from the listeners to get him through it. Plus some huge rugby news, with CVC set to invest in the Pro 14 and Sam Warburton going to join Wales as a technical adviser. In amongst all of this, we had the opening weekend of European action too!

Ged's back from his week of fatherhood and here to chat with Dan Colic, sorry Killick. Sadly the Ospreys dominate the headlines by becoming the first side to lose at home to Southern Kings. Elsewhere we look at wins for Scarlets and Cardiff Blues and some green shoots for the Dragons. But how can the regions in Wales move forward? Also, what can we expect from Wayne Pivac's Wales side.

It's been emotional....but Wales lose to South Africa in the semi final. Ged and Dan hand the show over to the listeners and get stuck into their questions. Do Wales kick too much? Could we have done anything differently? What does the future hold as Wayne Pivac takes the reigns?

Well it wasn't pretty but Wales have made the semi finals of Rugby World Cup. It took a sending off against France but the Welsh players battled through to set up a semi final against South Africa. Can Wales actually put together a consistent 80 minutes? Who will play if Navidi is injured? Should Warren Gatland consider dropping George North? Elsewhere we pay tribute to the Japan side that entertained us throughout and ask if it's the end of the road for this Ireland side.
