Dr. Karen Kan is a medical doctor and Doctor of Light Medicine. She knows what it is like to be a highly sensitive person. She suffered for years from things like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and autoimmunity. She set about trying to heal her own illness, and in the process, she uncovered research that shows that 20% of people are highly sensitive. She also discovered that sensitive people are more susceptible to depression, anxiety and overwhelm. Her mission is to empower sensitive people to harness their gifts as a superpower so they can shine their light and pull the world out of darkness.

What does it mean to shift timelines, and how can it help us to live a more abundant and joy filled life? We have had many past lives before. In each of these we have experienced lessons on things from scarcity to fear. Shifting timelines is the idea that these lessons from past lives are coming up for us to observe them, address and heal them, and then let them go. When we start living more fully in the present moment, we can choose better things for ourselves. If we realize that we are the creator of our own reality, then we can design a life for ourselves that makes us happy and brings us abundance. That starts by letting go of old belief systems that are no longer serving us. We have to learn how to choose better thoughts, actions, and emotions to help us manifest a life we love. It's time to start taking action to call in better experiences into your reality today.

What does it mean to get out of your head? Those of us who are lucky enough to be highly sensitive to energy understand that the energy all around us affects our every day lives. In fact, we pick up a lot of sensory information. It takes our brains a long time to process that. So, we end up spending much of our time in our heads. The problem with that is when we start over thinking, allowing fear to come in, and we don't live fully in the present moment. When we go to future events, we can become overwhelmed with the "What ifs" of life, which causes us anxiety. When we dwell on the past, we can become bogged down in guilt and shame. The only way to truly live in peace is to live from a place of heart centeredness. When you get into your heart space, you truly connect to your higher self, which is your true self. This brings inner peace, clarity, and joy. Today I tell you how to get out of your head and into your heart so that you can start living a more joy filled life. A life that is true to you where peace abounds.
