Yoga poses that Rob does every day
· Extended Childs pose – helps stretch out my back, shoulders, and hips
· Bound angle – Opens up my glutes/hips, stretches low back
· Downward dog – Great stretch for posterior chain
· Cobra Pose – Low back, abdominal stretch
· Saddle Pose – Opens up Quads, hip flexors, abdominals, and good compression on low back
· Eagle pose (Upper Body) - Great for the shoulder joint and traps
