Staying healthy while you travel
Circulation/detox- Blood, sweat, and Lymphatic system
Movement - on long drives and plane travel, be sure to stretch and use mobility exercises before, after, and in between.
Thermal Medicine - both sauna and cold shower gets your blood and lymph system moving.
Exercise - preferably cardio to get a good sweat and get the fluids moving throughout the body
Hydration - we forget to drink water on vacation. Super important to enhance the detoxification methods of the body. Also prevents overeating and helps digestion.
PEDs
Vitamin C, D, B12, zinc etc. Keep your immune system at full strength throughout travel.
Digestion Enzymes - help your body process the food that you may not normally eat.
5-htp - our serotonin system gets over stimulated during travel. Helps sleep and mental recovery
