Getting your heart broken can be one of the hardest things to go through, and putting yourself back in the dating game can feel impossible.  In this episode we discuss some ways to help start over again.

Dating in your late 30’s early 40’s is filled with unique challenges. Questions arise about children, about career, that are not so common when dating in your 20’s. Individuals are often more established in their daily patterns, and other lifestyle choices, which can be harder to change. Finding a potential mate is already difficult, but years of added life experience adds complexity.

Some feel that being less picky would be an answer. While others feel that experience helps to hone in more clearly on what would make for a good partner. This episode is designed to discuss and find answers to some of the common questions people face while dating in your late 30’s and 40’s. Hosts, Barbie, Steve and Nick, are joined by public speaker, author, and therapist, Kylee Sheilds.

Kylee is the author of the book “Make it Happen: A Guide to Happiness for LDS Singles.” Kylee is also ‘dating in her late 30’s and early 40’s’ like so many of our listeners. She shares her insights are well-informed, and she has an energy and passion that is contagious. Kylee also offers advice to find happiness and fulfillment wherever you are at in your dating adventures.
