Happy Easter! We've got lots of wine suggestions for your special holiday meals this weekend. We're broadcasting on the road from Save-on-Foods in seaside Sidney where we meet up with wine director Steve Moriarty who joins with Operations Manager Ray Pighin to talk about their favourite wines of theirs, and to tell us what's popular with customers these days. Whether it's ham, turkey or salmon, even fast food, Amanda Carnegie, Save-on Foods' Specialist in Wine Development, has a wine to pair with it. We also get a chance to catch up with Micheline Ouimet, an alumni of many of Vancouver's top restaurants, such as Bishops, Il Giardino and The William Tell, and now - who now enjoys helping customers discover new wines as the team leader in the wine store.
