When her successful 14 yr radio career came to an abrupt end, Sally Wallace accepted that this was the end of her lifelong passion with the mic. In fact, at the time, she felt like it was the end of everything. Years of dedicating time, energy, and love into a career that was over in a brief sentence.
What was she to do now?
What could she do?
Wait a minute… doesn't "everything happen for a reason"?? After years of struggling with fertility was this the sign she needed?
Eventually she became a mum at 40 via IVF/ICSI and changed her career completely by stepping into the automotive industry… and yet she couldn't shift her passion for conversation and bought a microphone, with the intent of starting a podcast.
Consumed with self-doubt and fear, she was holding back on launching the podcast she was dreaming of and hid the mic in a cupboard. Having never seen a psychic before and always being very skeptical, she was compelled to go. The signs were all there and she sat with a lady who told her there was a microphone at home and she needed to use it! She was told she was here to help people, laugh and cry with them, tell stories and inspire.
"Adventures of a Geriatric Mum" podcast was born the next day. Sally's podcast was initially to break down the taboo's surrounding fertility, but it has become so much more. A place to hear incredible stories of women, women helping women, professionals who can help in all areas of life, from fertility to menopause. A place to laugh out loud, and have a cry in the car.
Sally is honest, open, and shares stories from her journey so far and invites you to share yours.
Warning!! This podcast is infectious! Expect smiles, laughs, plenty of potty mouth, and a warm welcome to the good vibe tribe.

Most people aren't willing to do the work that it takes to get free. Some people let the work become a way to avoid living. Getting free is ugly and messy. Sometimes we need a break from the work and in that space is where embodiment is born. Some of our biggest teachers are those who refuse to look inward. Freedom is also about remembering that we're already there.
This is the truth about getting free. Let's dive in.

About Dr. Amanda Savage Brown:
Dr. Amanda Savage Brown offers so much more than her most recent, very celebrated focus and comes to us with nearly 20 years of experience as a women's psychotherapist.
Recently she's become a torchbearer for women navigating the psychosocial impacts of breast implants. She draws from her life's work in women's health as a scientist and psychotherapist. In 2018, her personal life and professional expertise aligned as she moved through her explant journey and witnessed the mental, emotional, and social challenges among women facing breast implant removal. To address these overlooked needs, she developed Breast Implant Through Explant (BRITE™) Inner Healing–the foundation for Busting Free. Busting Free is the first self-help book for women living with breast implants who are considering, moving through, or recovering from explant. Its readers emerge with an unshakeable self-acceptance practice that they can use for the rest of their life, no matter how their body changes or ages.

Teresa JW Bailey is a woman in wealth management with a passion for helping more women tune in and connect to their relationship with money. Teresa believes that the majority of women today suffer from generational money trauma and struggle to find a loving connection with their resources. During her own journey scaling the wall of a fiercely male-dominated industry, Teresa learned that by looking inward and healing her own traumas, she amplified her ability to connect and counsel others. Teresa has received numerous awards and recognition for her thought leadership on the complex nature of money and emotion and is frequently asked to share her opinions on stage and in the media.

This episode is all about personal expression and, to be honest, it's kind of a process. First, how do you discover your personal style? As you are discovering your real style, how can you avoid abandoning who you really are? If you already love your style and feel really comfortable with it, how do you find and push the edges? Not only will you learn how to push those boundaries, but you'll learn three reasons why it's a great idea. So listen on for some ways to express yourself and have fun doing it.

We have no idea what other people struggle with, dance with, hide or fear. We try so hard to make their life match what we want it to be. We are making it all up. Try this on and see how it fits. What if you were so focused on the life you want to live, the service you want to give, the world you want to create, your own healing journey and returning to love that you don't even think about what others think about you. And you don't focus on what you think another person is living.
