Our creator is communicating with us but are we getting still and quiet enough to hear the guidance?
Is our vessel clogged up and blocking the messages?
What if we spent as much time listening as we do talking?
Try this on and see how it fits for you because there's no right or wrong way to pray. But there's a real difference between praying and listening.

This conversation will have you looking at behaviors that have been in the shadows for quite some time. Today's guest, Holly Pickerel, beautifully navigates the waters of adult women choosing to end relationships or careers in order to belong versus fitting in and people pleasing.
In this episode, Holly helps us explore:
What are we unknowingly sacrificing in order to fit in?
Do I know how it feels to truly belong?
What is fawn avoidance and people pleasing?
Necessary endings lead to new unimagined beginnings and more.

Jill continues the discussion around how to call in your desires for the new year without having New Year's resolutions and provides two very practical ways to expand on what you've already done with her on Be You.
In the second half of this episode, she shares a real life example of how the universe tested her own declaration for the new year, explains why this happens, and then walks you through a somatic process, so that the listener can learn from the roadblock and the trigger while growing and expanding to be able to hold the desire.

What is true transformation?
It's the perfect way to start the new year. We hear a lot about goals and resolutions, but true transformation is not the kind where we're fooling ourselves. True transformation isn't an Instagram buzzword. It's not "new year, new you."
There is a difference between getting out of your comfort zone and stress. So today's guest will show us exactly what that means and what helps us get there. Bek Antonucci is helping us kick off a new year to help us follow through on our commitments and make our dreams come alive.

There's nothing wrong with goal setting and crushing goals next year. While that has its place, it is really in the shadow of your intention. When your intention is aligned and strong, the how-to comes with it. If we focus on the goal and not the intention, we set ourselves up for failure. Look back at this past year and close it out in a way that is a beautiful release that you can move on from. Don't bury it or skip over it. Accept it and thank it for what it was, and now let's make sure we have the right intentions for 2023.

Many of us are drawn to drama, connect through gossip, repeatedly tell tragic stories, mistake trauma bonding for chemistry and expect a catastrophe at any moment.
Ever wonder why?
Is this you and you're curious if you can change?
This used to be Jill.
Here's what she learned and how these behaviors are in her past.
Jill is a certified trauma informed life coach with training in somatics. When she experienced the absence of chaos (everything she prayed for) and for the first time no longer had a desire to convert that void to pain and drama, she knew the somatic work she had done with her coaches "worked". Two years of releasing and transmuting stuck and hidden trauma brought an entirely new way of living.
For her entire life she had no idea that her pattern of thriving on adrenaline, drama, conflict and chaos was a result of events in her early childhood and teen years. She had no idea that although she was so positive, driven, outgoing and kind-hearted she was coming across as dramatic, stressed, a gossip, and seeking chaos.
In this episode, Jill explains where the patterns, behaviors, and stories come from in people who seek and prefer drama and chaos. She shares her journey from hypervigilance and catastrophizing to peace and groundedness and invites the listener to get curious about their own.

As we talk about shedding and peeling back the layers that are covering up the real us, we start to gain confidence to be the person we're designed to be. It's not easy and it certainly can be startling in how many ways we change. The core never changes, but the rest of it grows and evolves as we blossom.
Let this episode be a reminder to you that the work you are doing is challenging, but worth it. Let it be a reminder to always tune into your intuition (it's never wrong!) and of all the ways you are excavating to real you.

We talk a lot about gratitude but how grateful can we really be when we're full of regret, judgment, and guilt over choices we haven't forgiven ourselves for?
It's like trying to hold something in a container already full to its brim.
What's the payoff we're addicted to that keeps us from truly letting US off the hook?
Why is it so hard to give us what we say everyone else deserves?
How will our life change when we truly forgive ourselves?
In this episode, Jill shares why so many of us are addicted to guilt and regret and why we fear self-forgiveness. She helps the listener wade in the waters of freedom and invites you to go deeper and deeper by gently allowing yourself to be forgiven for anything you did from a place of not knowing better and connects that practice to your ability or inability to hold everything you desire.
