Redgoat and Razor talk New Years Eve, Goals for 2020, plant based eating and mumbo jumbo.

Redgoat handles the changes on his own....Razor still on break, plus he didn't tell her we were doing another show. Friends lol. New format includes 3- 20 minute shows each week, ands 3 free workout sessions at with Redgoat at his place of training. Redgoat manages to do nothing worth while in 20 minutes... so like the 60 minute show just less.
