Buckle up ladies and gentlemen because this episode of the Ones Ready podcast is a doozy!  Capt Jon "JMac" MacKenzie is a USAF Special Warfare Combat Rescue Officer or CRO for short.  JMac was prior enlisted as a USAF Crew Chief where he worked on C-130s, but then crosstrained to be an enlisted PJ.  After doing the PJ mission for 10+ years he was compelled to take the officer route which landed him as a CRO.  JMac covers a bunch of different topics, like failures, why he made the move he did, a lot on Phase II, and deployments.  He's a bundle of energy that cannot and will not be contained.  He's a good friend of ours and will help to stir you in the right direction for your path to be a CRO, AFSPECWAR, or the SOF Community as a whole.  Please enjoy this episode and give us your feedback.
