We all have unintentional thoughts that drive emotions, actions, and decisions! Our ADHD brains too often are driven by those big, intense, deep emotions that have a negative underlying thoughts!! I have GREAT news!!! You CAN choose to move your thoughts in a different direction as you become secret agents of your emotions!!!
In this episode, you will hear from my friend and fellow ADHD coach, Kamden Hainsworth. She shares this great example of having the power to choose which direction your thoughts and emotions go by becoming a secret agent of your underlying thoughts. Discovering what's really going on in your mind, allows you to choose to stay mad/sad or move towards patience/compassion. That being said, it's healthy to verbally express those mad/sad emotions and then navigate where they are coming from! At the end of this episode, you get to hear from Kamden's daughter, Evann, who shares a persoanl story of how becoming a secret agent of her emotions was super helpful to her!
