When you think of physicians or other high-earning professionals, you instinctually assume that they have high net worths, right? 🩺

Well, according to a 2022 Medscape survey of over 13,000 physicians, they found that only half of them reported a net worth of over $1,000,000, and that typically wasn’t until the age of 55. ⏳

So the question is, where’s the breakdown between income and net worth happening? 🤔

In this episode, we’ll take a look at five of the most common biases and behaviors that ruin the finances of so many of us physicians. I’ve put this list together through a combination of my own experiences and the hundreds of conversations I’ve had with doctors, and I think you’ll be surprised by the simplicity of the problems as well as their fixes. 🧰
