Prior to this, they worked at Morningstar, where they held various roles including Head of Advisor Solutions from 2020 to 2022 and Chief Operating Officer, Investment Management from 2013 to 2020. Before joining Morningstar, they served as the Managing Director at Horizon Investments from 2012 to 2013. Matt also held the positions of Managing Director at Wilshire Associates from 2006 to 2012, Vice President at Ibbotson Associates from 1999 to 2006, and Regional Vice President at Aegon from 1996 to 1999. Matt attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
