We spend so much time focusing on what is wrong with us, we forget to focus on what is "Right with us," as Kelly Marie Conrad says, in the interview with Jared Mello that inspired this this discussion and self hypnosis session.   With our favorite tool, hypnotherapy, we can re-frame our thinking, we can shift away from focusing on everything we want to "fix" about ourselves, and start to focus on what we like about ourselves, create a better sense of self love and ultimately, allowing those parts of us that are "right" to grow stronger.
