From December 23rd to January 1st, we will be showcasing our most notable conversations of the year. Today's show: In the middle class, life seems stable, even lucky — until the Kardashians show up on TV and flaunt their wealth and privilege. As part of the Best of Think 2020, we’re revisiting our favorite conversations with people talking about their lives. Rob Henderson is a Ph.D. student at the University of Cambridge, and he joined host Krys Boyd in November to talk about how he discovered the American class system by the TV he watched growing up. His piece, published in The New York Times Opinion section, is headlined, “Everything I Know About Elite America I Learned From ‘Fresh Prince’ and ‘West Wing’.”
