Between Two Brokers

It’s no secret Erin & Stacy are opposites – hot vs. cold, Britney vs. pretty much any sane person in the whole entire world – but that concept of dualism turns out to be quite complimentary for these business partners.

Erin and Stacy interview Darcy Shankland, Editor-in-Chief of Charleston Magazine. File this one under: things English majors can do, bad drivers, and sleeping with your contractor.

Erin tries not to die while recording after a night of celebrating leaves her with a hangover only a 37-year-old would know. The girls tell bird stories, shame sellers that stay home during showings, and debate turning bedrooms into home gyms.

The ladies interview Melissa Miller with The New Primal and learn how one goes from pushing jerky on the street to having 31 items in every single Whole Foods in the country.

Erin & Stacy discuss the high cost of owning huge houses, the headaches of having an Airbnb, and Larry Bird gets an honorable mention. Dear Schmoopy gets a request for marriage advice.

In a first for B2B, Stacy and Erin interview an agent from another company, the lovely Kim Meyer. Also: the girls talk breastfeeding, dumps at open houses, and maybe the best Dear Schmoopy question to date.

Stacy is under contract to purchase a fixer upper and is reminded of the woes of buying and selling personal real estate and wishes she had an agent to help relieve the stress.

Erin & Stacy interview B2B’s producer Lindsay Collins and talk F&B stories, how to podcast, and coax her into doing an impression of them.

Stacy has a Peloton crush, Michael Jordan might be having money problems, design trends return, and houses are not worth crying over.

Stacy and Erin interview fabulous Charleston-area designer Julie O’Connor and discuss the importance of windows, porches, and preservation.
