Reflecting on nearly four years of podcasting, launching Kami Banks coaching, initiating Team Elevate, and navigating through various highs and lows in relationships and personal growth, especially after a significant ski accident, has been an incredible journey. Throughout this time, I've garnered invaluable lessons that have transformed me from the inside out.

One of the most pivotal lessons I've learned is the art of pausing – cultivating emotional agility and mastering the ability to respond rather than react impulsively. This shift in perspective has been monumental, worth every ounce of effort, perseverance, and even tears shed along the way. Embracing discomfort and refusing to succumb to adversity has been another crucial lesson.

I also take a moment to express my gratitude to all who have tuned in and provided unwavering support, empowering me to show up week after week, striving to evolve and elevate. It's a journey that underscores the possibility for anyone, even the "average girl," to elevate their life. 

Even though my mom never had the chance to listen to a single one of my podcast episodes while she was alive, it's her legacy and spirit that fuel the essence of this journey. In her honor and as a tribute to her, I embarked on this path, carrying forward the messages she imparted to me. Each episode is a testament to her wisdom and love, a continuation of the passion she instilled in me.
