Why does Jayna think getting old is the greatest of all time?

The stars have aligned and in true serendipitous fashion: This 40th Episode of Big Lash Energy is also the 40-year anniversary of Jayna's womb evacuation.

On this monumental birthday, Jayna is looking back on the past 10 years, and exactly how different her present reality is from the future she had envisioned for herself reminding herself that progress does not always look the way we expect it to. The obstacles she has overcome and the wins that she has achieved since her 30th birthday are a true testament to her strength, resilience and determination.

Admitting she does feel 27 with 13 years of experience, but that experience has made her wiser. She is no longer waiting politely to be acknowledged and has taken the lead on planning her own birthday festivities, with the amazing women who have been by her side through it all. This year, the celebration is going to be - big, loud, and full of love!

To take the advice of John Lennon: "Count your age by your friends, not years. Count your life by your smiles, not tears."

Two date stories from people that surprised Jayna with their crazy, and one thing that may surprise you is that one of them was a lady!

First, Jayna needs a night out to unwind and dance after a busy bridal season, enter Simeon, confident, sexy and smells delicious. After a night of dancing and some serious chemistry he invites Jayna for a romantic overnight date out of town at a ski resort. Does Jayna accept his advances and let him plan and pay for an overnight vacation together? Or use her better judgement and turn down his offer to keep her organs intact.

What is the opposite of a Gold Digger? Is there a name for that, oh, yeah…Jayna.

This week against the advice of her sister, Jayna is dishing on what she learned and loved while dating Broke Guys, almost exclusively. After a childhood embodying strong female artists chanting "No Scrubs" and "Bills Bills Bills" how did Jayna end up with her own string of Kevin Federline's (minus the babies)?

If you enjoyed the 50 Shades of Red Trilogy (episode 9), you'd understand why Jaynas bank account would signal for distress when she meets a new man (if it could). Tragically, Dee was not the only man to exploit her generosity. There was a time when she was thrilled to enjoy her partner's uninterrupted attention and the flexibility of their time and availability she focused on finding a man for his company, humour, and intelligence (regardless of his employment history)

Today, she lifts the veil, revealing why some of her couples are happily together 18 years later and some, never even made it down the aisle.

This is an extremely important message, with your lifelong happiness at stake. No one goes into their wedding planning on it ending in divorce, but if the right questions aren't asked and the marriage preparation isn't in place, the end may be inevitable.

Today, Jayna is sharing what she calls her List of Weight Loss Ridiculousness. A compilation of the outrageous lengths and gimmicks she's undertaken over the years to shed a few pounds. (This list is purely for entertainment! These are by no means recommended, however, you may cringe and reluctantly admit that you may have had a run-in with a few of these outlandish trends)

So, can a girl actually lose weight?!?... Or just her time and money? If you want to make a sustainable change to your health and fitness this New Year Jayna has 4 questions to ask yourself when deciding the best course of action for you:

1. Could I do this for the rest of my life?
2. Is it good for my mental health?
3. Am I also doing the inner work so I am no longer eating to fill a void?
4. Am I doing this out of love for myself?
