Dr. Caree Jackson Cotwright, Associate Professor at the University of Georgia's Department of Nutritional Sciences talks with Host Ramses Ja about America's Black maternal health care crisis. Dr. Cotwright also shares her unique insight on the "Maternal Action Project" created in memory of Dr. Shalon Irving who passed away from complications related to childbirth.
