We speak to David Trafford, founder of Forimicio Ltd. David is an advisor, coach, mentor, and consultant on strategy and change to enterprises worldwide and a  co-author of the great book - Beyond Default. In this session we talk about how enterprises can take a fresh look at how they formate strategy by thinking about strategy in the context of the trajectory they are currently and - and then from there look at the endogenous and exogenous, or internal and external forces, that influence that trajectory and therefore their strategy. 

In this session, we talk all about the need for enterprises to be customer-driven. We speak to Milan Guenther, President of the Intersection Group, and Jim Kalbach, Chief Evangelist at Mural. We talk about not only the importance of enterprises being customer-driven but how they can practically go about organizationally and architecturally achieving this, always thinking about the customer experience and everything they do. 

In this session, we speak with Morten Bjerregaard,  and Thomas Rhode, both in the EA center of Excellence at Danske Bank, the largest bank in Denmark and a major retail bank in northern European. Danske bank was the Collaboration Winner of the 2021 BiZZdesign Change by Design Awards and in this session, we talk to Morten and Thomas all about the collaboration the EA team needed to use as they implement a format EA practice and set of tooling in Danske Bank - and how they drove change across people, process and tools.
