My guest this week is literally a curator of vibes. He’s the music director for the Chateau Marmont, founder of StudioNeu, and the host of the podcast Are We on Air, Arman Naféei.
Arman and I chat about his life and music career, the international music scene, the importance of ambiance, and how he wound up having chats with folks like Jane Birkin and David Byrne on his pod. Last but not least, we chat why you should change every lightbulb you have in your house.

Since 2007, Simon Crompton has been chronicling the world of menswear and teaching countless folks about how to dress and express themself on his website Permanent Style. He’s written extensive articles and books about bespoke suit making, footwear, you name it. Simon understands the luxury and menswear world in a very distinct way. And now he’s back…
Simon and I discuss mental health, creating balance, the casual evolution of wardrobes, and how Permanent Style has become its own brand.
Last but not least, we discuss how previously small menswear brands have grown and how that growth has affected their early clients.

Photographer, Jamie Ferguson is one of the most talented and successful people I know. Anything and everything that’s thrown at him, he evolves. He’s pretty much a Pokemon, now which one I don’t know but probably the one that takes all the dope photos.
He’s an incredible photographer, and one of the recent things he did was turn his home into a photo studio during lockdown. A photo studio featuring himself as the subject. From bizarre poses to playing chess with stuffed animals. It’s a breath of fresh air to the stoic mentality of fashion.
Jamie and I chat about creating his home studio, the joys of being a creative, fighting burnout, the future of Pitti, and getting a fit off with Bill Nighy.
It’s Blamo! Extra Jamie Ferguson, MR JKF MAN, is back!

We get into everything from her years working with Madonna and Lenny Kravitz to collaborating with Matthew Vaughn on The Kingsman movie series, Tom Ford’s films, and Quinten Tarantino on Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Arianne goes deep on how growing up viewing herself as an outsider helped train her eye to masterfully expedite a filmmaker’s vision and create the iconic looks we all obsess over.

He’s the Tom Hanks of menswear. Everyone loves him, and everything he makes or designs is fantastic.
But right now, no one knows what he’s going to do next.
