On this episode of Blunt Force Truth, Chuck and Mark welcomes back Justin Danhof. Justin is the General Counsel for the National Center for Public Policy Research, as well as Director of the Center’s Free

Enterprise Project. 

Chuck and Mark kick off by asking Justin about the power that large corporations now have. Justin explains how they have obtained the ability to change culture and how agendas can be implemented through

shareholder activism.  

They discuss how the large corporations’ leadership acts more as politicians than entrepreneurs. Justin explains why liberal employees are often able to express their view more openly than their conservative

coworkers.  

They finish up by discussing how many large corporations are more concerned about a political agenda than profits. Justin explains why shareholder activism is very important for other viewpoints to be heard by large corporations. They also explain why large corporations can get away with ignoring the views of those on the right.

They finish up with why the Democrats’ control of media is causing younger generations to be ignorant of what is truly going on in the world. They discuss how older generations are much better educated, even if they did not complete the same level of education of today’s generation.

Billy Binney is a rockstar in his own world, Bill is a former high-level National Security Agency intelligence officer and the NSA’s all-time top code breaker. 

They kick off today’s show by discussing the ongoing criminal activity by our government and how they continue to hide the truth about it. Bill and Michael explain how our government does not use the tolls available to stop cyber attacks but instead uses these attacks to justify more funding. 

Chuck and Mark ask Bill and Michael about the DNC server hacking and what really happened. Bill and Michael explain why the Russians were not the ones who hacked the server and how the NSA is able to find out who was behind the hacking. 

They finish up by discussing how the government is monitoring all phone calls, text messages, and online communications. Bill explains how they use algorithms to identify communications that are monitored by individuals. Michael explains how big tech and the government has dirt on every

citizen, and how it’s almost impossible to protect yourself from this.

His outspoken criticism of the NSA during the George W. Bush administration made him the subject of FBI investigations that included a raid on his home in 2007. Even before Edward Snowden’s NSA whistle blowing, Binney publicly revealed that NSA had access to telecommunications companies’ domestic and international billing records, and that since 9/11 the agency has intercepted some 15 to 20 trillion domestic

communications. 

The Snowden disclosures confirmed many of the surveillance dangers Binney — without the benefit of documents — had been warning about under both the Bush and Obama administrations.

On this episode of Blunt Force Truth, Chuck and Mark are joined by John Lott, Jr. John brings a wealth of expertise on gun and crime statistics as they discuss the recent mass shootings. Chuck and Mark get John’s thoughts on the Democrats’ calls for gun control. 

They discuss how Democrats are ignoring the issue of mental health and using horrible acts of violence for political ends. They discuss how an assault weapon ban would not solve any issues and how criminals will find ways around it. 

Chuck and Mark finish up discussing gun laws, mental illness, and red flag laws. John explains how implementing red flag laws can do the opposite of what they are intended to do. They also explain how Democrats base their decision off emotions, not facts.

issues.” He has been one of the most productive and cited economists in the world (during 1969 to 2000 he ranked 26th

worldwide in terms of quality adjusted total academic journal output, 4th in terms of total research output, and 86th in terms of citations). Among economics, business and law professors his research is currently the 28th most downloaded in the world. He is also a frequent writer of op-eds.

Chuck and Mark ask Kevin about being more vocal on Twitter when it comes to his conservative views. They discuss how conservative views can work their way back into entertainment and media industries. Kevin also explains how he has been fighting the battle and the roadblocks he has encountered. 

They also discuss how the left continues to push the narrative of America being a horrible place. Kevin explain how he has heard from people about how much better the United states are than where they came from. They also discuss how immigrants, and those moving between states, bring their politics and mindset with them.

Sorbo received international stardom when he booked the lead role in Hercules, the Legendary Journeys (1993-1999) the most watched TV show in the world, airing in 176 countries. Following that success, Sorbo had the lead role as “Captain Dylan Hunt” in Gene Roddenberry’s Andromeda, the first show created by Roddenberry after the original Star Trek series. Andromeda debuted as the number one hour-long show in first run syndication and remained at number one for its entire run from 2000-2005.  

Notable movies include Kull, the Conqueror, Walking Tall, the Payback, Avenging Angel, and Meet the Spartans. The

independent film What If was nominated for Best Family Movie of the Year 2011 by the Movie Guide Awards.

Let There Be Light was released in October 2017. Sorbo directed and acted in this faith/family movie, which ranked number 4 out of the top 10 family movies of that year. LTBL follows the life of the world’s greatest atheist and the road he follows where his beliefs are challenged. 

Another movie being released in the Fall of 2018 is One Nation Under God. The movie drama deals with controversy over that quote in our Nation’s Pledge of Allegiance. Two more releases for 2018 include The Reliant, which is a drama dealing with the economic collapse of America. Bernie, the Dolphin hits theaters in December of 2018. 

Upcoming projects include, East Texas Oil, which Sorbo is directing/acting and Carpool Lane, starring opposite Dean Cain. 

He also recently produced BreatheBible.com which is a theatrical 18 CD collection reading of The New Testament. Over 80 actors voice the biblical figures, and Sorbo voices God – a nice upgrade from his half-god days on Hercules!  

Kevin released his memoir in 2012, True Strength: My Journey from Hercules to Mere Mortal and How Nearly Dying Saved My Life. The book chronicles his near-death experience when he suffered three strokes and the battle back to regain his life. Sorbo also co-authored a Chicken Soup for the Soul, “Think Positive for Kids.”  

In real life, Kevin leads "A World Fit for Kids,” a successful mentoring model that trains inner-city teens to use school, fitness, sports and positive role models for themselves. World Fit is the number one after-school program in the state of California. 

Sorbo resides in Los Angeles with his wife Sam and three children.
