Happy Mother's Day to all of you in the southern hemisphere. In this episode we tell the story of Kai's birth.

Nadine Richardson, who was also the doula for Marja and Joao, talks with them about the power of yoga during birth and in life. The importance of open communication in our relationships amidst all the changes birth and parenting brings.

We of course go through in detail how birth unfolded from pre labour at home to meeting at the hospital and jumping into the bath. The different inner and outer resources that helped Marja and of course the power of great support from a well educated partner.
