Boredom is a bitch! We get into a bit of a slump and then you start doing things that don't serve us in any way, shape, form, or fashion. We make bad decisions and/or we don't listen to our gut. Boredom can come from inadequate rest or nutrition, monotony of the mind, or a high need for excitement. Instead of feeding into the boredom, let's do the things we enjoy so boredom has no chance to take over!
