The Boston Red Sox won the series against the Toronto Blue Jays in an 8-3 victory at Fenway Park on Wednesday with one game left in the set.

NESN’s Lauren Willand looks at the win and how the offense performed well as it continues to heat up at the plate. Lauren highlights Triston Casas — who broke an 0-for-11 slump with a big night at the plate — and how Alex Cora’s willingness to stick with the rookie has paid off (remember Dustin Pedroia all those years back?). Lauren also highlights Masataka Yoshida as he continues to be a force at the plate.
