Dan is the creator of āSurviving Design Projectsā, a game that helps teams to improve their conflict management skills, as well as the incredibly useful āInformation Architecture Lensesā, a deck of cards that helps designers to interrogate their IA in different ways.Ā
He is also the author of three books (1) Communicating Design (2) Designing Together, and (3) Practical Design Discovery, all of which are widely considered to be essential reading for UX designers looking to communicate, collaborate and practice design more effectively.
