Everything links up!
If we experience trauma and don't do the work to heal/unravel/move through... there's a 99.9% chance it's going to come back and bite us in the ass.

On the flip side, for all of the magic, happiness, love and compassion we've experienced, we are repeating those patterns too!

Well, in retrospect, there's no surprises here! I knew my hormones were 'weird' from a very young age... I found out I had 3 kidneys because they were investigating my hormones when I was a young teen.

So here's to the adventure of Perimenopause.
It's been FASCINATING and INCREDIBLE and PAINFUL and ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING and HILARIOUS... and who knows what is still to come :)

No worries anymore... Instead I am OH SO GRATEFUL for Lara Briden (Hormone Repair Manual), Dr Stacey Sims, Dr Pragati Gautama (my personal Dr) AND everyone that has sympathises, empathised and worked together with me and themselves on this one! Thank you to us ALL for helping each other.

December 28th 2021... the day I died... and was brought back to Life

The last thing I remember was having a grin on my face as I flew toward the dirt

...NEXT... Me looking down on Me... EXCEPTIONALLY HAPPY and commenting that "oooo she doesn't look very happy'

...NEXT... Waking up 4 days later in shock that my jaw was excruciatingly painful. WTF has happened?!

I remember very little of that entire first year.  I didn't stop my life.  I was doing what I thought was right, I was doing what felt good at the time.

Queen Julie Julie, you are the reason this podcast exists, the reason I have the privilege to still wake up everyday.

Here's to Life.  It can be one hell of a ride!
