Breaking Through Barriers

10sec of 'Becoming Stronger' each day

5-10 Push Ups to our Kitchen Bench - tuck those elbows in to protect our shoulders

5-10 Squats to a chair or the couch - Sitting back and down to save our knees

And then MOVING more... Dance, Walk, Play, Wriggle... What ever works for YOUR body.

We've got this!

For the love of 'we don't know anyone's story' and leaning into feeling, all of them.

For the love of Grief, and the trillion different ways that shows up.

And in the exact same breath, for the love of Excitement, and knowing those TWO things can be experienced at exactly the same time.

We don't know anyone's story.

Truth.
