I receive a lot of questions how to build good habits or how to break bad ones.
The answer is the same - pick 3 things, skills, habits, etc that you want to learn and dedicate a minimum amount of time every single day. You don’t need them to consume your day, simply set a minimum everyday and focus in on it. There is an exponential result when you focus on doing something every single day.
Conversely, if you keep attracting bad habits into your life focus on what you’re doing everyday to attract it to yourself.
