Brent's story is great, and has hints of what we've heard from others this year. He talks about finding his calling in Profit Share and how it ultimately became his One Thing. He chalks a lot of it up to the realization that he was able to help others find their calling by introducing them to Keller Williams, and that some of the new agents he recruited went on to become industry leaders within the company. He and Pres also talk about working recruiting into everyday conversations, simply by talking about how much you enjoy working with a company that promotes and supports its agents.
