Homebrewing beer. In this episode of Brew Strong Jamil and John Palmer are live at the 2010 National Homebrewers Conference in St. Paul Minnesota. Joining them on the program is German brewing techniques advocate (and native German as well) Kai Troester to talk about his methods of brewing beer. There is also an extensive Q and A session at the end of the program where all three home brew experts take questions from the live audience. It's a good sample of the NHC experience and a great Brew Strong.
