To give yourself permission to show up for YOU, before everyone else
To strucuture/plan your days off in a way that feels GOOD
Honoring what it is you NEED instead of what it is you should do
Learning to be a steward of your time and energy
I have been working closely with new clients to honor what they need and own their days off and when you step in to that version of you, not only do you channel your best energy on your day off but you also have MORE energy on the days that you work!
