Today’s guest is Jenni Hulburt and we’re chatting about balancing hormones, energy levels and the menstrual cycle, and how to avoid overtraining and burnout for women. We’re talking about the phases of the cycle with corresponding considerations for movement and training, including the best time of the month to maximize your workout, when to give yourself permission to rest, and the different hormonal balances you can expect in each phase of the cycle.
On today’s episode you’ll learn more about: 

* What are the most common signs of overtraining? What about burnout?
* What does overtraining do to your hormones – sex hormones, cortisol, etc.?
* If you are burned out – what are the *worst* types of movement or exercise you can do
