This week we celebrate the culinary traditions of Burns Night, with expert tips on haggis and whisky.

Rosalind is joined by Mark Thomson, the brand ambassador for Scotland for Glenfiddich, who recites 'Address to a Haggis' and shares his insight into which whisky should be enjoyed with the traditional dish.

Rosalind also welcomes James Macsween, managing director of Macsweens Haggis, and Scott Monroe, Head of East of Scotland region for Marks and Spencers.
