In their latest Outdoor Quickie, Jen and Dyana dive into a compelling discussion about fear. They explore insights from a conversation between rock climbing legend Alex Honnold and High Performance hosts Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes, focusing on the question, "When was the last time people faced actual fear?" Jen and Dyana discuss how adventurers today have an advantage in handling stressful situations in everyday life and offer practical advice on how "ordinary" people can overcome stress and fear.
