This week on the podcast we are welcoming Dr. Lisa Holland, the founder of The Belly Guru and so many more amazing projects.  I met Lisa on her podcast The Evolving Human, where we talked business and yoga (no shocker, it’s what my jam is all about).  

This time the two of us chatted about the business mindset of the yoga and yoga therapy community, Lisa and I both give you potential business ideas, and Lisa shares the most important business self-care tip imaginable.  Get your business affairs in order (Lisa will tell you more).  

We are in a time of flux and change in the industry and we need to put our business pants on.  Those of us with brick and mortar spaces have been working hard this last year to keep the lights on, and often times the guilt associated with closing down and “disappointing” our sacred communities is brutal.
