Running a successful business is about focus. There are always going to be a million things to take care of. That is true for every business owner and manager. Successful managers and leaders know how to focus on the right things, at the right time.
In this fascinating conversation, we are reviewing the F5 focus model, focusing on 5 areas of focus:
💥 You (or the owner) - Don't focus on fulfillment but on high-value tasks
💥 Business Model - simplify your business model. Do not offer everything to everyone. Picking the sweet spot based on past performance. Analyze success stories and focus on the top-performing option.
💥 Operations - Do you have the right systems and team to create maximum efficiency?
💥 Client Acquisition - How to leverage strategic alliances - one-to-many is the best way to grow. If you can connect with the right partners.
From there - define a results-based offer, and align the sales process to that. When you are selling results you can sell it at a higher price.
💥 Scaling - once you have the foundations in place you can look at the numbers in a more detailed way. And find the right ways to reinvest the cash flow to generate faster growth.

Having the right people in the right seats of the bus is one of they keys to a success of a company. Don't take my word for it, just read Good to Great (Jim Collins) or Traction (Gino Wickman) 😉
But what does that mean?
It means that you need to identify people's strengths and the position they are in enables them to leverage their strengths. Making them happier and the company more successful at the same time?
But how do you identify the strengths of individuals and how do you shift around a company's org-chart to enable the magic to happen?
We are answering these questions and much more in a fascinating conversation with Brandon Miller, Founder and CEO of 34-Strong. His company developed a detailed process for
💥 Identifying employees' strengths
💥 Understanding how can these strengths be applied in the workplace,
💥 How to move people in the organization to leverage such strengths,
💥And so much MORE
This episode is a practical guide, based on the blueprint that Brandon has been using with his clients for years, helping them to build healthier and more successful organizations.

Data collection and data analysis became the backbone of every successful business. But, in the craze for more data, and the endless number of tools that are available for data collection and analysis that exist today we became addicted to QUANTITATIVE DATA:
While qualitative data tells you what happened, it does not explain why it happened. You need to guess or assume that.
Qualitative data, on the other hand, can give you the answers to why things happen, which is a lot more critical in order to guide your future strategy.
This is a recorded FREE strategy session, in which we cover this critical topic. We also discuss, how to turn your audience into a community and gain a lot more benefits.
If you want to participate in future FREE strategy sessions, please send me a DM on Linkedin.

How do you determine the BEST type of content for your target audience?
I absolutely loved the answer Ashley Katzeff gave me during our interview:
In her opinion, focusing on the few leads to satisfaction for the many. Once you identify and build relationships with your super consumers and attend to their needs, chances are they will spread the word and more people will start watching.
Again, it boils down to the simple things:
1. Identify your biggest fans.
2. Build relationships.
3. Scale.
If you want to hear more of Ashley's thoughts on how to create a modern content-led community (did you know we also wrote a huge article on this? Link in the comments!), check out episode 153 of the Business Growth Accelerator Show!
Here's what will be covered on the show:
💥 The definition of Content-Led Community.
💥How to build a Content-Led Community.
💥 Why you should build a Content-Led Community.

Community should be part of every marketing department.
Hell, it should have its own dedicated department but if you're starting out you probably don't have the capital so it's fine if you include it in marketing.
The key point I want to make here is that, as community building veteran and leader Dani Weinstein says, Community is a long-term game that your clients will have to participate in so you have to give it both the necessary time and space to grow.
Speaking of building communities... Dani recently appeared on my podcast so if you want the wisdom of somebody who has been building communities in some of the biggest companies in the world for decades, listen to episode 152 of the Business Growth Accelerator Show!
Here's what will be covered on the show:
💥 Community creation in the Big Business world.
💥The community playbook for small business owners.
💥And so much MORE!

Community has always been the main driving foce behind human innovation and perserverance.
Don't believe me? Here are a few examples:
Loneliness may be on the rise but so is community and if there's one thing history has taught us, it's that when things get tough, humanity gets together and figures it out.
If you want to hear more stories about community from the business world, check out my interview with David Siegel, the CEO of MeetUp on episode 151 of the Business Growth Accelerator Show!
PS: And if you want to get better at making decisions as a leader, David has just written a book about the matter that is on its path to bestseller status! You can buy yourself a copy by clicking here

💥 Community as a business strategy.
💥The story of MeetUp and how they dominate their category with community.
💥And so much MORE!
