This week we’ve got an amazing show with Trevor McGregor. Trevor is a world-renowned business and real estate coach. He became one of Tony Robbins’ platinum certified coaches before launching his own practice a few years ago. I’ve had the privilege of working with Trevor 1-1 since January of 2021.

In this episode Trevor and I have a conversation about the 5 things that hold people back from success. Throughout the episode Trevor drops tons of great advice on time management, creating systems, processes & daily habits. 

To be honest Trevor is the one who pushed me to start this podcast. He taught me that growth happens outside of your comfort zone and in order to grow you need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I was of course nervous, fearful and had limiting beliefs when I started it. I now have over 30 episodes recorded and it’s been a blast creating new relationships, learning & sharing with everyone.

This week we’ve got an awesome show with AJ Osborne. He is an entrepreneur and author in the self storage space. 15 years ago he partnered with his dad in 1 facility, kept learning, thinking big, taking risks and reinvesting everything back into the business. Today they own over 10,000 units, 2 million square feet with no plans to stop.

In this episode AJ talks about an unexpected life changing injury and how grateful he was to have built a business that not only supported his family for months during recovery but grew due to the systems and the people he had in place. 

AJ and I also have a discussion about the macro level changes in the economy due to covid and what it means for the future of self storage.

This week we’ve got a great show with Mike Bonadies . He is a real estate investor and entrepreneur owning a property management & construction company. His niche is C and D class properties in what he calls the Deep South Jersey.

This week we’ve got a great show with Travis Odom, Travis is a Moe’s Southwest Grill franchisee that has grown from 1 location in 2009 to now 11 throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. In this episode Travis talks about putting it all on the line when they opened up their first  location. Travis, his wife & 2-year old moved into his in-laws house and lived there for 3 years while they built up the business. 

COVID had a huge impact on every restaurant business including Moe’s. Travis talks about how they pivoted, offering “pop-up” events that would bring food into local neighborhoods and donate a portion of the sales to a specific charity. This program has been so successful that it will probably become a permanent fixture for his company.
